For our client, big automotive industry player, we are looking for Solutions Architect.

The Solution Architect will be a part of a team of architects defining and maintaining the end-to-end architectural blueprint of the company customer facing applications and backend microservices. The role will involve influencing the company roadmap, the selection of technologies and be instrumental in defining new solutions and services to support business cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contributing to unifying the Customer Applications ecosystem
• Aligning with Enterprise Architecture, Security and Compliance
• Contributing to the definition of the digital platform target state architecture and on the guidance of the organization from the disparate local platforms to a common digital platform
• Using a standard set of services and technology components and driving the simplification of the digital application landscape
• Promoting architectural efficiency
• Helping teams navigate between group business cases, local market needs and technology improvements by identifying reusable technical solutions and components across different business cases
• Actively performing and leading in the definition of solutions
• Deep diving and providing expertise on cloud infrastructure, micro services, application programming interfaces (APIs) and domain driven design
• Embracing and embedding the company cultures and values as we move towards one company with shared visions and goals.
  

Key Stakeholders:

• Customer Applications" Head of Engineering, Head of Product and Head of Digital Excellence, as well as the Director of the department
• Software Solution Architects within Customer Applications
• Product Owners, Developers, Testers, Business Analysts etc.
• DevOps and Architects from global and local areas

Key and Desired Skills:

• Working experience on transactional/e-commerce/web projects from inception to deployment, and well versed in full domain driven design
• Familiar with complex frontend and backend systems
• Comfortable on providing architectural solutions
• Team player, supportive and thrives in iterative/agile environments where priorities shift, and change is always to be expected
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect in multichannel customer applications for at least 2 years
• Experienced in scaled Agile in an international corporate matrix structure
• Strong experience in cloud infrastructures, APIs etc.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Able to identify critical issues and propose solutions.
