Actually for our client, multinational IT company, ranked in Forbes Global 2000 we are looking for a Support Engineer.
Responsibilities:
- Support of the SAP BO and SAP BW systems.
- Cooperate with Product Managers to ensure the success of the SAP solution across a large global client base.
- Support Product Managers by helping with the resolution of key product issues.
- Manage and supervise initiatives/projects and collaborate with third-party consultants within their functional area.
- Research other SAP solutions and business processes to provide expertise and guidance throughout international teams.
- Analyze requirements from various countries.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience in a big business system environment, performing business analysis, business development or reporting with a preferred focus on SAP BW, HANA, BO or BPC solutions.
- BSc in computer science, business, finance or a related discipline (or equivalent work experience).
- Good knowledge of SAP functionality in the areas of HANA, BW or BO solutions.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Ability and flexibility to work in a virtual environment across multiple time zones.
- Technical or functional experience in supporting global systems including knowledge of data flows, processes and best practices
- Great organizational, interpersonal, communication, client service skills.
- Proven knowledge of software development lifecycle methods, tools, processes and best practices.
