Currently, for our client in the BPO/SSC industry, we are looking for talented individuals with language skills ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.
Responsibilities of the position:
- providing support to the company's customers (in English)
- performing duties, related to technical support
- repairing and updating IT networks, systems
- redirecting more complex problems, to the second and third line of support
- operation of communicators in English
- contact with business customers (telephone, teams)
- taking business notes of activities performed
- maintaining constant contact with clients
- taking care of the positive image of the company
- preparing small translations for the client
Requirements:
- English language (minimum required level is B2) welcome persons with level C1
- level of language, must allow you to conduct casual conversations (e-mail, telephone, chat)
- Resistance to stress and ability to make decisions
- ability to manage working time
- interest in the IT industry, technological innovations, etc.
- Willingness to develop in the IT field
- professional experience or education in the field will be an additional advantage for the candidate
- Availability for full-time stationary work
